It is also energy efficient, using 60 watts of power for a final airflow efficiency of more than 97 cubic feet per minute per watt.

Though this quiet ceiling fan doesn’t have a remote control, you can use a wall control panel to change the speed or turn it off. The wall control works for both adjusting the fan speeds as well as activating the 100-watt halogen bulb it utilizes. The control even acts as a dimmer, allowing you to better conserve bulb life by increasing or decreasing the light???s dimness. Remote controls compatible with this ceiling fan are available, but only sold separately.

This Minka fan comes with a 9-inch downrod for a full vertical footprint of 18 inches. The fan is designed to accommodate rooms ranging from 125 to 250 square feet in size with a minimum ceiling height of nine feet. It can even be installed on sloped ceilings angled up to 29 degrees before an alternative mounting kit is needed. At its lowest speed the ceiling fan achieves 80 rotations per minute, versus 180 rotations at its highest speed, and without creating significant noise overhead.
